INTRODUCTION: Radiation and safety aspects while during pregnancy are always a matter of concern. It is required for medical students to learn about the various effects radiology as ionizing radiation carrying strong biological on pregnant females. AIM: To assess awareness level among regarding risks women. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This Questionnaire based cross sectional study was conducted 250 in one institute India. consisted knowledge attitude related questions collected data analyzed by using SPSS descriptive statistics chi square test used further analysis. RESULTS: In present study, MBBS were 60 (24%) BDS 190 (76%). 100% reported that X-rays destructive females comparison only 90% (p=0.01). Both 75% 70% “strongly agreed” fact “Education training programmes should be increased professionals (non-significant). CONCLUSION: Although aware but still there room improvement.
